Unacceptable Waiting Period

On Arrival, I was greeted with a great attitude and service, however, after placing my order, I was left with a small buzzer that would let me know when my order was ready at the counter.

After about 20 minutes of watching other people collecting food they ordered AFTER me, I decided to find out what was going on. Someone came to help me and we soon discovered my order was now cold, my milkshakes runny, due to standing on the counter for the last 15 minutes.

Needless to say, as customer (coming from the office during lunch) I am not happy at all.
