Taste Of Asia
Made to wait 40 minutes

On Tuesday the 29th of October, my friend and I decided to get some take away from Taste of Asia. To make things easier for both parties, we called our order in. When I went to collect the order, we had not called very long before that so I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. This was ok though. There was a man behind me who ordered after me. After 20 minutes his food was bought to him and he left. Then about 10 dfferent people came in who had ordered via telephone and collected food. Still one of the dishes of our order wasn't ready. This went on for another 20 minutes, with people who had ordered well after we did, collecting their food. When I queried how long it would still be I was never given an answer. they dodged the question and would just say "we serve take aways first, after that we do call-ins." Eventually mine was ready after 40 mins and because the dish that was ready1st had been standing there for 30 minutes, it was cold.

Then I came again yesterday. I walked in, started talking to the perso on the till and they just walked away as I was talking to them. Once again, people ordering after me were given food first.

I'm completely shocked by this service.
