Staff physical fighting infront of clients

Last night at about 7 at the Meyersdal KFC we witnessed at physical fight of two female staff members. It took 6 staff to pull them apart from each other. This happened in full view off all the customers in the shop.
I was so shocked I could not believe what I saw. Some of the staff dragged them out the back door. Now the queue for service was out the door and the service became a slow snails pace. What a nice image of this place. This is also a example of bad manager.
