A Wow Experience for my family and I

It was my birthday on Saturday, and as I was in the area, the kids begged me to take them to the Spur at West-wood Mall, on-route there, I had a small accident, but not to disappoint my kids any further after our drama. I took them to the Spur, I was in a disarray when i entered as I was trying to resolve the issue of the accident with the man that bumped into me. But compliments to Nolan as a manager and his excellent team who accommodated me. I think they have went beyond the call of duty and to this I commend. They ensured my kids meals were taken care. Also eventually when my husband arrived as well, even our meals were perfect. I even had an ice-cream with whole Birthday song as well. They made my visit a memorable and pleasant one. I really appreciated the service and yet again, well done Nolan for having such a great team that you heading up.
