WHERE DO I START. I WORK AT OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND THE KFC THERE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ME AND ALL MY CO-WORKERS SUPPORT THIS KFC DAILY. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS VERY VERY BAD AND THE STAFFS ATTITUDES REALLY! THEY HARDLY EVER HAVE GRAVY FOR THE MASH AND THEN THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO INFORM THE CLIENTS THAT THEY DONT HAVE GRAVY IN STOCK. THE STAFF HAVE AND OVERALL DONT CARE ATTITUDE, AND HAVING A PERSONAL CONVERSATION WITH COLLEAGUES IS AT THE TOP OF THEIR PRIORITY LIST. WE HAVE COMPLAINED COUNTLESS TIMES ABOUT THIS EVEN TO THE AREA MANAGER BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO CHANGE. THE SERVICE HAS REMAINED THE SAME FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. WORKING IN THE CUSTOMER CARE INDUSTRY WE KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT BUT IT JUST SEEMS THAT THEY TAKE THE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED... LIKE THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOUR. THEY REALLY DONT SET A GOOD EXAMPLE AND IF I WAS A TOURIST VISITING SA I WOULD BE TOTALY DISGUSTED. COME ON KFC WE ARE SOOOOO NOT HAPPY WITH YOU!!!
