Pathetic Service over and ove

In the past this branch has messed up my order time and time again.

Though I'd try AGAIN yesterday and ordered a sub with FETA CHEESE over the phone. The lady asked if i said PEPPERS and I said NO, I WANT FETA CHEESE.

I get there and there are Bell peppers on the Sub. Now not only would she not admit her mistake but calls me a by saying that I said I wanted 'those little red peppers'

Your staff seriously need to catch a wake-up. I understand that pronunciation is a BIG problem for her but to accuse a customer of lying? Why would i order the WRONG item and pickup?

I will never visit this branch again, have posted on twitter and will let everyone know of my experience time and time again at this store
