Debonairs Pizza
No Cheese

Over the past year I've been frequenting a local Debonair's (Karaglen) since it was the closest one to my home. Every time we order a Pizza we end up with a dry piece of dough and topping with hardly any sauce/paste and cheese. Recently another shop opened nearby (Greenstone) and the wife and I decided to order one of the new Pizzas they have on the menu on Wednesday. To our surprise we got a pizza TOPPED with cheese, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. On Thursday we decided to go out and get one of these pizzas again, this time at our local Karaglen branch, figuring that we'd get the same nicely cheesed pizza. What a waste it turned out to be.

We ordered a pizza and the new 3 Cheeses and sweet bell peppers Beg4More's just to get home and find the same dry, cheese free experience from the Karaglen Debonairs. The Beg4Mores consisted of 90% dough and trace amounts of cheese and hintings of sweet bell peppers. We even had to put more cheese on the wife's pizza again.

After our new experience we can only conclude that the Karaglen Debonair's simply does not care about customer service, or they are suffering from serious cheese and sauce shortages.
