Mayonnaise instead of feta - no rocket

We ordered pizza's - came an hour and 30 mins... was cold, they called me an hour later to say they had no rocket for my pizza (what? an hour later they only start to make it???) but neglected to tell us that they ran out of feta - when i phoned to complain... the manager didnt believe me - the staff in the background were laughing like it was a big joke, saying "jinne" and that type of slang... apparently they ran out of feta... but made a plan- apparently they put cream cheese - which is disgusting anyway on a pizza... but i beg to differ - it was definitely not cream cheese but: mayo- i really don't know why I bother anymore to order from this branch... if its not burnt pizza, forgotten toppings, raw pizza or my personal favourite: 3hrs later - because they forgot our order ect ect ect... now its this... do they think we to replace feta with mayo... totally unacceptable - what a waste of R270 including tip- i am tired of complaining on deaf ears, you would think they learn from their mistakes.
