HAIR FOUND AROUND DRUMMET

I had purchased a rounder and hotwings from the Epsom Downs store in Bryanston. I got to my office and had the burger and then took out a wing and found HAIR wrapped around the wing. I was so sickened and upset to see this that I brought out the burger that I had. I called the store and complained and was offered a replacement meal (like I wanted to go back there). I then called the head office and was asked to freeze the chicken and that they would pick up in 2 days, it was only picked up 2 weeks later. Its 2 months later and I got no response, so I called them to find out whats going on with the complaint and what have they done about it. The response I get is that their LABS have not given them a report. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIGURE OUT THAT A HAIR WAS FOUND WRAPPED AROUND A DRUMMET AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING.
