Never have stock

I walk into KFC pine street on 16th April 2013 at about 3pm on a Sunny day looking for milkshakes and their famous Krushers. The branch is out of stock they do not have signs saying they do not have stock of these products yet they advise what they do not have. False advertising is frustrating and its not the first time that this branch is out of stock and do not let customers know in February the exact same issue occured in the exact same branch its disapointing. As a customer that continuosly supports KFC its not a good impression. I also could not get a hold of the new Krusher in this store the blueberry with biscuits if I'm not mistaken by the same but I thought all branches carry the same thing...
