Extremely bad attitude

She was just rude.served me and jumped to the next person before she was through with me..came back to me after serving 6 other people who were behind me in the queue..when I let her know that I wasn't happy, she told me abt the long queue.is it not first come first serve anymore? And the attitude was extremely bad.
