WORST SERVICE EVER! Bad attitude!

Last night we took our friends not from here for their 1st time at Steers BOTHASIG, HOW I REGRET THAT! We placed our order: burgers & milkshake, burgers were made and left while serving other - ice cold when eventually bagged and given! Wanting to order choc dipped cones, while waiting and waiting to be helped, what seemed like the Manager came out and told the staff we are waiting, employee rolled her eyes and eventually helped us! Then the manager or 2nd in charge not sure what she is, as she was giving out orders, then made the cone and while she was dipping it she started licking her fingers and told the client in front of her how sweet the chocolate is and then continued to dip it further!!!
When all this was done we told her how utterly bad service and experience this was, she screamed after us while we were walking out the door, " JA ONS GEE DIENS MNR, SO...??? "Really??? In front of other customers swearing and screaming and then walking to the back and laughing!! I will never recommend any family nor friends or even I would ever go there again!!! Would you want to be served by people licking their fingers preparing your family meals and then swearing/screaming at you???
