Seriously Slow service

Recently I popped in at the Mcdonalds on Claremont Main Road and received extremely slow and disappointing service. The lady who was working at the till seemed to be the only person on duty, and the fact that I was in a rush (hens, going to a FAST FOOD restaurant) did not concern her at all. What was worse was that she short changed me and told me to wait until another customer came into the shop to get my change. As i was in a rush and did not have all night to wait for that to happen, I left, feeling disappointed with the service and short changes.
I don't know if you have noticed, but this Mcdonalds is always empty, wonder why?
