I went to steers to get a cone last night and was told they are not serving ice cream due to the soccer match at the stadium. There was no sign anywhere saying this. I was served or not served by a trainee.

I comeby there every few days maybe 4 times a week and I rant and rave about how fluffy and flavourful your ice creams are, I even talk about how polite your frontline staff are to family and friends only to be told this unreasonable and illogical story: " we are not serving ice cream because of the soccer match"!

I wouldnt have had a problem if there was a handwrtitten sign saying machine out of order, I would have accepted it but because of soccer match- not ok!
