Apart from a phone call from the customer care line, I have, as expected, had NO reponse from any rep from KFC to sort out and report on my previous complaint sent 2 April 2013.
Just because I am one person - KFC obviously think that I am not important enough to respond. One person can achieve a lot through all the media networks available!
