U cant trust KFC

This now happened 2 times to me once in Hendrick Potgieter and other in Weltrevreden Park, i have bought meals for my family members and i have asked i do not want the wing cause i do not eat it be suprised i get home and there are 2 wings in the box i am so frustrated, with this it is not funny the ice cream taste so bad in weltrevreden park when i asked the managed on duty y it is so bad he says cause it is cold. i need a response from one senior with regards to this.
