Debonairs Pizza

I am not a person to complain but this was the most discusting service I had firstly debonairs plocy is if the pizza is longer than 40 min you get it for free we order pizza about twice a week last week twice it was late we waited about an hour both time we paid for both pizza and did not complain we just left it then on friday we order a something meaty with cream cheese we always order online we waited about 50 min for the pizza ones again over 40 min and said nothing we opened the pizza and it was sloppy everything was falling off and there was no cream cheese on and we paid ekstra for cream cheese I phoned the manager and he told me that he does not have time for this now and that he can't send his driver its either we must eat is as it is or go get it ourselfs then he was so rude he told me he's only been there a month and there a lot off things he needs to sort out so we wnt and fetch it ourself I had to waste my airtime waste my petrol and my time and I gave the driver a tip we will never go back there again if this is the way they treat regular customers I feel sorry for the rest it was really pathetic and he was very rude when we picked the new pizza up
