False advertising

Good day

I'd like to put in a complaint about your bromhof branch. I was there yesterday, ordered a kids meal and two pastas, order no 20. When my daughter asked for her toy and juice she was told its only if you eat there and for under 12, yet its advertised on your take away menu and nowhere does it say for under 12 only. When we placed our order I was only asked if its a boy or girl.
I do feel that the juice and toy should be given and that it should be delivered as we shouldn't be inconvenienced further to drive back to collect.
I tried both numbers for the store advertised on the take away menu but it just rings. also, i tried emailing yesterday and your e mail address also bounces back.
