Debonairs Pizza
Disgusting cheese on pizza

We love Debonairs Pizza and have always supported them. On Saturday June 29th we ordered three pizza's, from the Debonairs situated in the Shell garage n Boskruin. We got three of their 'real deal' pizza's, a margarita, chicken & pineapple and regina. The pizza's arrived well on time however the cheese was disgusting. The cheese was hard, dry, was not melted at all, kind of like burnt of cheese. It tasted so bad, If I wanted bad pizza I could have gone down the road somewhere.

I called the lady who explained that they have had complaints about the cheese and that they have complained to the suppliers - this I understand but it did not help the fact that we were hungry and they could not offer us any solutions.

This experience has literally left a bad taste, I am not sure how soon it will be that we will return to Debonairs.

My expectation on resolution from Debonairs Head Office? Provide us with complimentary pizza to the value of what we had or even to go over and above and spoil us with a nice meal tp prove that they value their customers.

I trust I will have some response and some fresh pizza soon with the original cheese.
