Old lettace

Today me and my wife decided to spoil our self and the kids to buy the new double down and a classic twister and for our kids a kiddies meal. The lettace in the twister was old and soggy the new dubble down's chicken was burned and not to say the chips in my kids kiddies meal was old and hard. I can not believe that the people don't think of fresh food wil bring the customers to the place. Is the people properly trained for the jobs
