Not Happy

Against my better judgement I decided to purchase from steers again, I was so dissapointed that the shop had one lady answering telephones taking orders and packing, My main concern is that for the price I pay for the kiddies meal i could have at least been told before I got the toy that they only had girls toys and I was given a princess notebook for my 3 year old son, if that was the case I would have just got him a normal burger, Also with the kids meal do i not recieve a kids Juice? I did not recieve one and on my slip it didin't say & the lady was so busy i didin't get a chance to ask, So i then had to further go and purchase a juice else where. For the price I pay for a few burgers and chips and kiddies meal i expect more from you guys in the future. The plus side is your food is good but I need better service.
