We pay for the service we dont get

Went into debonnairs megacity for a large something meaty, and then i ask how much will it be with extra cheese, the lady at the till kwanda says it will be R83, i gave her R100, i then asked her for fruit cocktail juice, she says the money wont be enough, she then gave me the till slip. The total was R96.70. She added 2times the extra cheese, i askes her how come, she said because i didnt tell her how much extra cheese i want so she added two times.
When i asked if i had given u more money would u have added 20times the cheese, she said yes, hat is how they are supposed to sell.
I dont understand how this happened since she had already given me the amount i was supposed to pay and the way she was responding to me was not very nice, it was like i wad waisting her time. It was like she was doing me a favour. Your staff should understand that they are not doing clients a favour, we actually pay for the service, the same money that pays their wages.
