The worst service ever received/worst attitude

Tonight my daughter & I went to buy food, I placed my order of 2 upsize Double Down, including chips & cokes, 2 x Sprinkle Pops, 1 large chips, 1 can coke, 2 x mix berry avalanches & 1 choc caramel avalanche, I got this: 2 double down upsize, 2 twisters, NOT ORDERED, & 1 ice cream sundae, NO choc caramel avalanche, 2 extra cans of coke & 2 choc mint avalanches, NOT the mixed berry. The service was the worst ever received, Johanna, was extremely rude to my daughter, new systems were installed today & noone knows how to work on these systems, so obviously, the customer has to suffer all this nonsense. Betty was called to help & I eventually lost my temper, because they were packing things into my bags that I hadnt even ordered. I was reimbursed for the 2 twisters, BUT, this is absolutely no excuse for this at all for the service received. I informed Betty that I was going to lodge a complaint about this, as this cannot carry on like this anymore, & also requested that they put Hilda back on the counter, as she seems to be the only 1 there that knows how to do her job properly. This has got to stop, or put people in there, that know what they are doing.
