The worst service I've ever had at a primi

The waitors don't attend to you - you have to flag down the nearest one walking by. They don't have stock of items on their menu. They told us that they have very little gas and that our food would take long (at 5pm!!!). They didn't have the complimentary rolls - out of stock! Our drinks orders took longer than 15min to arrive - only one of them needed to be mixed cos it was a cocktail. The staff is full of excuses "I'm new and I don't know, ". How about you find out though?! Terribly shocking. Am wondering just how long the food order will take to be ready. The wait or suggested a certain menu item for my mom and yet all the other food came except my mom's meal. He forgot to order it!!! First he brought the wrong order for her. Ridiculous.
