Poor service once again

I'm probably blessed with poor service from Silver Pines Spur-but since it''s the only, nearest nd most convenient child friendly restaurant within my neighbourhood, we are obliged to go back time after time, even though the service is bad. Last Thurs was my son's 6th bday& he insisted Spur is where he will celebrate it, with 10 guests.1 of my guests take away got taken away (LOST) another1 decided to have the Thursday special-unlimited wings&ribs-only the first round was good and decent presentation, the 2nd round was dry, no garnish or chips etc.it seems like when u order these specials then all the effort is put into mass production or sub standard quality&presentation. Not one manager was available to even pop by my table full of guest the entire evening (from 5 to 8pm) to find out how we doing. Only one Trevor (who is always rude) brought the wings the 2nd time since it was send back-no apology, no compensation, just pure attitude from his side. I previously experienced his poor service, & I also formally complaint about him then too. Maybe my skin was'nt light enough for any manager to bother to check upon us the entire evening??? Lastly when I tried to tele book, I was told no.
