Last week I was at Primi Eastgate for dinner and the waiter took forever to take our order. He got it wrong and after waiving for a while at half dead waiters wondering around, I stood up and took my food to the manager. The manager himself had no passion, no apology, but got them to make the right order. I was happy to leave the place.
Last night was at Centurion with a group we were given menus and again had to waive for our waiter's attention. It took so long to get our food while the restaurant was far from busy. Waiters do not pay attention and they have no passion. Even to get our bill was a mission
What the is happening to Primi. If these people do not want to be in the service industry fire them. They are killing your brand or maybe you are not paying them. its a disgrace! Eating out is not suppose to be stressful.
