BAD SERVICE with a side order of BAD FOOD

I eat at this establishment twice a week, but today was an eye opener for me at Nando's Umgeni Junction. First of all the order was incorrect and once the food was brought to my table and I raised my concerns, I was met with a less than helpful attitude from the waitress. I ordered extra source as I always do which was clearly ignored, infact there was little to no sauce on my meal resulting in the chicken looking like biltong. A manager next to me saw my frustrations, but was clearly to busy sitting down in the restaurant eating her meal during a busy lunch time period. The roll with the meal was so stale that it could have used it as a door stop. We wont even go the route of the free coke with the meal as that was an entire episode on its own. Pitty about this as Nandos traditionally is my favourite meal by far. Wont be going back there in a hurry
