KFC AGAIN! FCK to you

A few months ago I had the same incident at the same KFC opposite Trinity School in RandparkRidge. And this was my 5th encounter. Obviously I don't learn. I will never buy anything from KFC again. What ever you order has a problem. In my case again my order was up. And that after I asked them if they are 100% sure they have this right. If I had the time to look into the bag and they do not try and shunt you off before the buzzer or timer goes off. I would have through the food right back through the window. But as consumers you only find out what you have when you are at home with your Family. They hand you the packet and we must trust a Franchise as KFC. I spoke and complained about this 3 times before. And not even a reaction. The owners make money by defoult due to the Franchise, and I say they are usesless and does not care about service or quality. KFC. You have made an enemy for life. After 5 chances at the same outlet. You deserve to close, and let someone " better" like Mcdonalds or Chicken perfect or ANY other fast food outlet occupy your worthless space!!!
