Very poor response time

I laid a complaint on this site on the 14th March about an incident that happened on the 11th March but i have not had any satisfactory response. Everybody phones to say they will contact me later. What is going on at KFC? I have never heard of such poor customer service and consumer response. My refernece number is P4/13/2168. Maybe i should contact the consumer protection office because clearly KFC does not intend building relations with its customers.
