On the way back from holiday we stopped at Wimpy in the Engen One Stop in Bloem, not wanting to waste time, we thought it best to order something quick and tasty from the Take Away counter. We placed an order for a breakfast muesli smoothie and a yoghurt fruit blend. The attendant seemed puzzled by the order of the yoghurt fruit blend, referring to multiple menus and speaking to a number of colleagues before she was able to process our order. We paid and were told to wait at the collection counter- the till slip showed the time as 9:45

After 20 minutes of waiting and seeing multiple orders after ours being served, I approached a staff member and queried what was going on, he asked to see the till slip and simply walked off. 5 minutes later he returned with two cups of ice creams, which I pointed out wasn't our order, without saying anything he left. after a few minutes he returned drop off the order and left, again not saying anything - the time was now 10:25.

The poor attitude and the sheer amount of time it took to process a simple order blows my mind. I don't think I will ever return to that Wimpy and advise anyone reading this to do the same.
