Where is the consistency and service???

On the 9th of January, just after 20:25, family members and I had gone to Cape Gate branch and used the drive through, the client in the car ahead of us had a issue with her order and ended up holding up the queue for more than 20 minutes so we ended up 'PARKING". I would like to know what is the policy with regards to your drive through because at other KFC drive throughs if there is a hold up of any nature with regards to your order they normally request that you park and someone would bring your order to you. Why was this not the case at the Cape Gate branch? Because by the time we eventually got our food it was no longer warm, as she, the client, had inconvenienced not just us, but the rest of the queue. What if I had been on my way to work? The worst part is that a drive through only allows for one car at a time so we could not go pass her or reverse and neither did I receive a apology from the staff member at the window where we collected our orders when I enquired about the hold up, all I got was a blank stare??? Is KFC not a franchise which therefore means that each branch is meant to conform to the same policies and procedures?? Or is non service delivery the norm???
