General bad service and not receiving full orde

I went to the drive through and placed my order, when i got home, I saw that I did not receive all the items of my order. Order was placed on 10/01/2013 on 12:30. I pay for an item and then just never get it. From now on I will hold up the whole drive through queue and unpack the whole bag to make sure you never rob me again. Better yet, i will just never go to my local KFC branch again. I will rather drive 5km and get good service. Just close that branch and get it over with. It is giving the brand and franchise a bad name.
