St. Elmo's
PATHETIC AND RUDE SERVICE OVER THE PHONE

Disgusted with St Elmo's Pizza Middelburg service, mostly due to the incredibly rude man who answered the phone. After I gave him my cell phone number he asked if my address changed. He sounded in an extreme hurry to take my order, and I could hear him having a conversation with someone else whilst he was on the phone with me. I placed my order and I asked if they could exchange the bacon for salami / pepperoni. He repeated my order and said they would exchange the salami with bacon. I corrected him and said I would like salami instead of bacon. He replied with "yes sir that's what I said when I repeated your order, please listen carefully when I speak to you" and he hang up the phone. The best part is they took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver. I'm still astonished and will never order anything from a St Elmo's pizza again.
