Poor waitrressing - spilt coffee

I had ordered a take away latte. Upon arrival, the waitress spilt the coffee over me, the table and my cell phone! she immediately grabbed the serviette to wipe off the table. I had to pull it out of her hand as my first concern was to wipe off my phone to prevent any damage. Instead of supplying me with a new coffee, the spilt cup was just topped up. In addition to the frustration of the poorest level of service, my clothes were also stained. This was the second incident of poor service received at this branch. A few weeks back I had ordered a take away vanilla latte and paid the price for it. I had long left when I tasted it and realised that despite paying the price for a vanilla latte, I was served a regular latte.
