Spilt coffee replaced with no fuss

In retrieving our coffee, a friend of mine spilt her coffee all over the vida counter. With no fuss made, staff started to make a new one and immediately cleaned the mess. The staff have a great attitude and are very friendly, which is half the reason I keep coming back there daily, if not twice a day.
