POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR ATTITUDE

I was at your McAfee section to buy a Normal Latte and a Hazelnut Latte with an Extra shot of Espresso (both Standard size).
First, the lady at the till rung up 1 small latte which my girlfriend noticed and then corrected her.
This took the lady at the till 10mins to sort ou but I could tell that she wasn't that comfortable working on the till and I understood.
Then she rung up the normal latte with an extra shot and again we corrected her. She then asked "Phumeza" to help her.
Phumeza was so rude and didnt pay any attention to us while we're explaining the situation.
This really infuriated me because she just ignored me after I told her that I need to get back to work and that I would like her to please show some sense of urgency.
she then "cleaned her teeth" walked right around us as to make like she was filling the machine with beans and still kept walking like she's got all the time in the world.

I was unable to raise this with the manager on duty as I had to get back to work.
Because of YOUR staff's poor attititude, I was deprived of a cup of coffee and my time was wasted.
I did not hang around becuase I was going to lose my temper.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
