Cockroaches in broad daylight

I am disgusted with the pathetic way the Manager (Serge) @ Spur Cape Town International Airport handed the matter of a cockroach walking up and down the wall while we were seated at a table. We called him and approached him and all he could do was blame the computer they are using. We already ordered the food and it was brought to the table but yet everyone lost their appetite. He insured he will make it up to us for the inconvenience whereby we received the bill of R773 and we waited on him for 5 mins to appear to our table again. Not once did he come back out of his own to confirm if everything was okay. Eventually he returned to the table and gave us a bill of R70 for the inconvenience of a cockroach walking on the wall at our table but yet we had to give a 10% of the bill as the gratitude... So I would like to know in which way possible did he as a manager go the extra mile in making it up to us.
