Shocking service, delay and charcoal in the food

On arriving at spur our booking for 10 people for dinner at 7 appeared to be given to another family. We were squashed into a 6 seater table and waited for 1 hour from 7.00 to 8.10pm for our previously booked table. Then were given another small table where 10 people could not sit. We were then moved to a larger table. Our starter was ordered at 7.10 and arrived at 8.15 and we ordered our main at 8.45 to have it arrive at 9.45 we finished dinner at 10.15 with many complaints. There was a piece of charcoal in the one steak. The steaks were all undercooked and one was inedible and was sent back and the other was the wrong dish entirely. Then the manager at 10.30 pm decided it was time for apologies and offered one dessert on the house at 10.30 pm when we Hafez children whining and tired at the table. This was declined. No attempt was made to give a discount off the bill and we were actually charged for two shots of gin which we did not buy. Disgusting service. Poor management. Won't be going back to spur the quality has declined dramatically.
