I had a terrible experience with KFC on Friday the 8th March (almost a month ago). I filed a report on Hello Peter that same night and eventually had to contact their customer care centre myself where the complaint was apparently 'escalated' or something like that. I never heard a word from them after that. The issue was never solved, I was never refunded the amounts that they over-charged me and all I got was a semi-apology. I was contacted about a week and a half ago to ask how I found the service and if I could please rate them on a scale of 1-10 on their handling of my complaint. I told them I rate them 0 as nobody had bothered to get back to me. The lady apologised and assured me that she would get someone to contact me regarding the issue. Haven't heard a word back from them. It's absolutely pathetic! I haven't bought KFC since and won't go anywhere near their stores. If they can't be bothered to sort out a complaint I'd rather go to a franchise that treats their customers properly.
