Wimpy
Toast

My mom and travelled to the Mall from Underberg and we always go to Wimpy for toast and coffee. This morning we arrived there at 8.30am and asked the waiter for 2 slices of brown toast, well toasted for each of us with anchovy and butter on the side as we normally do. Two coffees were also ordered with the toast. At 9.10 the toast finally arrived. It had been standing for quite some time as it was cold and sparsely covered in a scraping to anchovy and the underside of the toast was completely untoasted! I told the manageress who said the order is made when placed and that they cannot serve the anchovy seperately which was nonsense and we always have it on the side there. She rudely said she would re-do the toast, which she did and at 9.25 it arrived and wwas still untoasted on the underneath! We decided that after an hour we didn't have the time to send the order back again and went to the till to pay for our coffee wich was the worst wimpy coffee we have ever had there! There was another manageress there and we told her what had happened and do you know what she said! OH YOU WANTED IT TOASTED ON BOTH SIDES?? YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD US!! What an attitude these 2 had it was disgusting
