Cleaning of equipment

Closing time for the Steers in George is 21:30 my fiance and I went to the Steers at 20:45 to get a milkshake and they could not give us milkshakes as they were already cleaning the machine. I even asked the cashier or sales peron what time they closed and he confirmed 21:30. When I asked again if I could have a milkshake he just said 'sorry he cant help me' Why dont you close at 20:00 then??? Its pathetic to say the least
