The Manager (Nando's Midrand) was exceptional

I vist Nando's about twice a week and on the 13th October (reciept number 3138) - i ordered a meal for my wife and i as usual. The value was about R120 - with my meal i took a mash. The Manger was on his walkabout and came to my table - i had just started eating and the gentleman asked me if was happy with my meal and looked over at my mash - i said i was happy just that my mash was very liquid and not the normal Nando's standard - but i was okay with it - without me saying another word he said goodbye and went his way. About 10 minutes later he brought another mash - this one was also very wattery (he did this without me asking or complaining) he explained the machine was faulty - i was taken aback - here was a manager that tried to assist me without a complaint, acknowledged there was a fault with the machine again without me complaining and did all of this with a very accomodating / pleasant smile. Nando's Midrand Great service i will most certainly be making my twice weekly visits to you!!! Thanks!!
