Maxi's
Cockroach pieces in food!

Me and my wife went out to enjoy a night out. We had a choice of many different restaurants, but decided "hey, let's try Maxi's! " As usual we ordered a 3 coarse meal, starters, main and desert. We ordered waffles for desert and my wife being a waffle lover, munched hers choof chaf en weg was hy! I enjoy picking my food apart, so first went the ice-cream, then the bananas and then into the nice warm waffle, 3 bites and the waffle shifted only to expose a piece of a baked cockroach! I am left with a horrible thought of "where the fk did the rest of the roach go? " I brought this to the manageresses attention only for her to host and entertain me with a argument that her kitchen is spotlessly clean! I asked her "where does the roach pieces come from, if not the kitchen? " and she was dumb struck! Could not say a word accept for "I will e... eh... eh remove dis of da beel" no appology, nothing! How would you like to much all that food and when you get to desert you start chowing a roach? How is it that Maxi head office allows this? Should they not send someone to check up on hygiene etc of the franchise TO AVOID this problem? Let's see what they say and do about this. Chris0813431923
