DISGUSTING Facilities

On the 30/03/2012 I visited KFC Mangrove Center, North Beach Durban with my family, my 4yr old notified me that she needed to use the lav so I proceeded to escort her to the loo, upon entering the ladies seemed to be vacant so we waited for close to 5 min thinking someone was in there I knocked but there was no answer, I realized that I might be out of order or something, in desperation I had to go to the gents loo, to my disgust it was horrific, the thought of the sight I saw literally makes me want to gag, I then abandon my meal and was directed by another patron to the centers facilities which my daughter then utilized, upon returning to my family the thought of eating my meal disgusted me. I really don't think I will be visiting any kfc franchise anytime soon!
