Disgusting service!!

After ordering a family meal on the phone, I arrived to pick up my order, waited in the queue and the trainee collected my meal. Nobody says anything to me I am just looked at and nothing is rung up. Eventually she tells me to move out the way as the next customer needed to be served. A jovial conversation in Zulu commenced. I demanded an answer as to my order that was now on the computer keyboard. I was then told to go to the back of the queue again of the other till if I still want my food, as it was already rung up there and I stood in the wrong queue!! They clearly did not want to help me, as they were doing me a huge favor by allowing me a meal at Nandos. What ever happened to courteous staff, happy to serve clients when clients love coming back? It could have been explained in a warm friendly manner instead ignore me -This power play, to treat customers like a piece of dirt the staff seem to enjoy. What a pity, as I like Nandos, but refuse to accept being treated like that! Thankfully there are many other fast food outlets around there with friendly staff.. Nandos won't see me again!!
