The driver was too impatient to wait!!!

On Thursday 28/03/2013 we ordered a pizza at Debonairs Strand Street. The driver came to deliver, however, he was too impatient to wait till we came down to fetch the pizza. We work in a call centre enviroment, so we are always busy on the phone. When I called the Manager advised that we will get a R10.00 discount for waiting more than an hour for the pizza. This is ridiculous and pathetic service ever. I expect the Area Manager to contact me and discuss further.
