Ordered Groove 2 meal for R29 but the cashier placed a Traditional tuesday meal also for R 29. Only to be told they have never sold the Groove 2 meal when I had asked for the drink because the package comes with a drink. The guy was so rude as I tried to explain that I didn't order wat they gave me. He started swearing at me and told to all the words that I didn't expect and cannot repeat. I asked for the supervisor and unfortunately he is the one. Asked for his name with no luck. Now I need to know who the franchise owner is. It doesn't look like am the only unhappy customer there as there seem to be victimisation that happens if you complain. It also rang a bell why it was not packed as Fish n Chips is always busy especially monthend. The staff are sending customers away.
My order number was 113.
