Terrible Service

We are from Johannesburg, holidaying in Cape Town. Having decided to try Nandos Table View today was a major mistake on our part. We placed our order at 8:20pm and watched these people service customers who came in after us with their meals while our order sat scattered on their counter getting cold. Our order no was 93. After watching a customer with order no 99 receive his order, we had to confront the staff at this branch. The 4 of them behind the counter then proceeded to scramble around, then asked for our slip so that they could pack our order. What kind of service is this? Needless to say that when we reached Aquarius apartments where we are staying, our meals were ice cold. Thank you for a experience and thank goodness we dont have to deal with this branch ever again. Learn to give your customers a pleasant experience or close your branch. We have enough of this nonsense in SA already.
