Sandwich Baron
Getting an order wrong 3 times!!!

I am utterly disgusted in the service i have recieved, i regularly order from sandwhich baron, so regular in fact, that i am known by my name there. this morning the store was offline so called in and placed my order.
order bacon double cheese omelette white french with tomato and mozarella. the tomato being added free as the last order i placed last week i was charged and it wasnt added. (surprise surpise) fine no problem petunia said next order she wont charge me. my delivery arrives and it is a sandwhich and not a french that i had ordered. if you listen to the call i made petunia repeat three times what my order should be, fair enough i was upset but i understood, so upset that the delivery guy begged me not to complain. so i called petunia back and advised that she made a mistake on my order, she apologised and said she will send me an order for free. a different delivery guy arrives with this order and tells me i have to pay for it.by this stage i am extremely annoyed at all of what has gone on. i have come to the end of my support for your store as ive seen that the service has slipped to an all time low ..a far cry to the first time i had ordered there.
