I went to a drive-thru at this kfc when. Lerato rudely says to my husband, " your order pls" so my husband asks her if she's angry and why she doesn't greet us... So she frowns and says that she doesn't greet customers. My question is... Is this the kind of servive that we should receive from KFC... If it is, then we will find alternative fast food outlets.
